About us

The intention to found ABT is based on the conviction, the therapy of diabetes can be more cost effectiv and precise by the use of multi-way biosensors for blood glucose control. The gap between existing lab analyzers and one-way test strips for personal use should be filled by an innovative technology like that.
Therefore, we combined the advantages of one-way strips (easy to use and mobile) and lab analyzers (precise and cost effective). The result is the first mobile glucose measuring system world wide for diabetes control based on a multi-way biosensor: The Glukometer 3000!

To reach this target, specialists from different branches joined ABT, providing maximum competence in the field of biosensors and medical device technology with award winning design.

We are providing a cost effective possibility for analysis in lab quality, based on BST glucose chip technology. The Glukometer 3000 is a POCT instrument, providing Rilibäk-conform quality control. Optionally, it is possible to include the device into an existing clinical network by IR-Interface.
